"Led by Markham Irish head coach Noel Reid and forwards coach Shane Cahill, Ontario’s premier rugby academy offers you the chance to train like a pro. Following the success of the Toronto Arrows Academy season, also led by Reid and Cahill, you now have the opportunity to elevate your rugby performance.
Train one day a week through the end of July and August with expert guidance. Enhance your technical and tactical knowledge through comprehensive skill development, strength and conditioning programs, nutrition guidance, and video analysis."
